  • Issues arising from third-party modifications or repairs.
  • Damage due to water ingress, accidental damage, or external impacts.
  • Any materials or fixtures not supplied by RPS Bathroom Installations.
3. Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide photos or evidence of the defect if applicable.
  3. Our team will assess the claim and, if valid, arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost.
4. Resolution Process
  • If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective item.
  • If the exact product is unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative of equal value.
  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • RPS Bathroom Installations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from defective materials or installation.
  • The total liability is limited to the value of the original service or product supplied.
6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Great Britain.
